This is a site for dis-satisfied customers of Keith Wellman to talk about our difficulties with his products, services, and customer service. Each of us will have a slightly different story, but there will be some common threads.
I’m asking participants to join the site. If we develop a critical mass of members and enough information to warrant it, we could find a way to take action to recover some of our money.
I’m sure that many of us will have strong feelings about the way we have been treated by his organization. If we want to band together and find a way to take action to achieve a refund of our money and our equilibrium, we will need to keep our posts civil.
This means that our site needs to be without flaming and without foul language. We will need to make all posts be without exaggeration and without exasperation. And, all our comments will need to be fact (show the evidence) or clearly an opinion (such as: “it seems to me that his organizational procedures are designed to take money and provide little or no service.”).
I’ll provide my own story in a separate blog post to get the ball rolling.
I’ll promote this site on Twitter. And I encourage you all to find any others who belong here and send them to this site. I have read a whole series of complaints about Keith Wellman on the Ripoff Report site. I would hope to find these folks and get their stories posted here.
